To complement the milled and turned component work we have our CNC routing section with off-line CAD-CAM programming, dealing with the larger plastic panel requirements. Vacuum bed sizes of up to 3m x 2m and a twin head option allows Anglia Plastics to comprehensively respond to customer requirements.

Our experienced fabricators and machinists offer a comprehensive bespoke service backed up by our continued investment in the most up-to-date 3 Axis CNC routers. Our CNC capacity includes a range of large bed routers, with a maximum bed size of 3050 x 2500 , enabling us to provide a high quality finish, batch consistency and close tolerance work. We also have twin head machining capabilities to optimise our machining lead times.
