The past year has forced economic and social changes, not only for individuals but also businesses and the markets they serve. During this time, many companies have reflected on their processes and structure to better support changes in consumer behaviour.
Here at Oadby, we were able to adapt quickly to market demand and not only survive but thrive. Our continued growth, based over 50 years of continued investment in people, premises, stock and manufacturing capability, has offered us the opportunity to push forward. We are incredibly proud of the continued service we have provided during these uncertain times, not forgetting the vast demand for the clear protection screens supplied over the last 12 months.
Our recent growth has been dramatic and we firmly believe it is sustainable. For this reason, we are investing in new career opportunities across our business as we strive to maintain our reputation for service excellence. Our current recruitment drive has come at a welcoming time for so many who have found themselves in difficulty during the pandemic and we are proud to be offering so many new opportunities across our company network.
